About the role
Travel Booker is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and provide solutions that meet customer needs
- Process orders and ensure accuracy of billing information
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes is a plus
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for local travel)
