About the role

Careerscape is hiring Remote Travel Agents to help clients turn trips into unforgettable experiences — all from home. From weekend getaways to dream vacations, you'll research options, build itineraries, and handle bookings end to end.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Research destinations, pricing, and options to fit client needs
• Provide personalized recommendations and itineraries
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel issues
• Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat business

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A genuine passion for travel
• Comfort with online booking systems and research tools
• Organized and able to manage multiple bookings
• High school diploma or equivalent — no travel experience required

Nice to have

• Prior travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with GDS or booking platforms
