The Hirsh Agency is seeking independent life insurance agents who are eager to learn, work hard, and earn what they deserve. This role does not involve cold calling or membership fees.

- Receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents

Requirements
- Willingness to work hard and learn the business
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Life insurance license (can be obtained through the agency)
- Self-motivated and proactive personality
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
