About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to support travel-related projects by providing expert guidance on travel planning, customer service, booking processes, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with travel planning and itinerary development.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
• Review and improve travel booking processes and communication.
• Develop travel scenarios and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide clear, accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a related travel consultancy role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking processes, destinations, and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience handling diverse customer requirements and resolving travel-related issues.
