Responsibilities

• Act as our members’ primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions
• Think creatively about ways to strengthen CLEAR’s relationship with members
• Guide members in managing their membership, from upselling to troubleshooting and explaining benefits
• Share opportunities to improve the Member Experience at any step of the journey

Qualifications

• A positive, friendly demeanor with a commitment to outstanding service
• Natural passion for ensuring a great member experience with every contact (previous sales and/or customer service experience a plus—we’ll teach you the rest!)
• Ability to identify problems and execute resourceful, creative solutions with empathy and patience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced tech environment
• Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Open availability, including weekends, is a must
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test (may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on work assignment)
• This position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title

Schedule

This role works non-traditional hours that require evenings, weekends, and holidays.
