Remote Customer Advisor – Pest Management Sales

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound phone calls and web inquiries into scheduled services
• Ask discovery questions to identify customer needs
• Recommend pest management services and recurring membership programs
• Explain pricing, service options, and agreements
• Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
• Document customer activity using PestPac, Smarter Launch, and other company systems
• Work closely with Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Required: Pest control industry experience as a Technician, Inspector, Route Manager, Commercial Professional, or Sales Representative
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Strong computer skills
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Dedicated home office or quiet workspace

Preferred

• PestPac experience
• Inside or consultative sales experience
• State pesticide licenses
• ACE or other industry certifications
• Experience selling recurring pest management or membership programs
