- Follow up with clients to confirm travel plans and ensure satisfaction
- Respond to client emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner
- Support clients with travel modifications, cancellations, and updates
- Maintain positive relationships through empathy, patience, and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a stress-free experience for travelers
- Provide up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel documentation, and agency processes
- Maintain organized client records and communication
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with travel information and scheduling
- Gather post-trip feedback to help improve the client experience
- Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and industry tools
- Learn and adapt to new systems, technology, and agency resources
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive remote environment
- Be flexible with evening availability when needed to support clients
Qualifications
