Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

My client, one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in Nashville for the past 16 years, is seeking an Accountant/Relationship Manager due to growth. Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, but can set flexible hours. Permanent direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• Divide time between 20 hours of technical work weekly and 10-20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients.

Requirements

• Must be a CPA.
• Must reside in EST, CST, or MST time zone.
• CPA with small to medium-sized firm experience required.
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service.

Pay

• Starting salary: $85,000.
• Path to $205,000 salary based on client count: $85,000 (50 clients), $125,000 (75 clients), $165,000 (100 clients), up to $205,000 (125 clients), then possible equity.

Schedule

• 40‑hour weeks year‑round.
• Flexible hours with availability required between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM CST for client questions.
