Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

My client, a fast-growing professional services firm for the past 16 years, is hiring an Accountant/Relationship Manager to support growth. Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• Divide time between 20 hours of technical work weekly and 10‑20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients.

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• Experience with small to medium‑sized firms.

Pay

Starting salary: $85,000 per year. Salary progression tied to client count: $85,000 (≈50 clients), $125,000 (≈75 clients), $165,000 (≈100 clients), up to $205,000 (≈125 clients), with possible equity thereafter.

Schedule

40‑hour weeks year‑round. Core availability between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM CST for client questions; flexible hours otherwise.
