Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping
• Monthly reports
• Tax planning
• Payroll processing
• 1099 reporting
• Annual report filings
• 20 hours of technical work weekly
• 10‑20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA with small to medium‑sized firm experience required
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service

Pay

Starting salary is $85,000. Path to $205,000 salary based on client count: $85,000 (50 clients), $125,000 (75 clients), $165,000 (100 clients), up to $205,000 (125 clients), with possible equity thereafter.

Schedule

40‑hour weeks year‑round. Must be available between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM CST to answer questions, but flexible hours can be set outside that window.
