Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping
• Monthly reports
• Tax planning
• Payroll processing
• 1099 reporting
• Annual report filings
• 20 hours of technical work per week
• 10‑20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation per week

Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with small to medium‑sized firms
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service

Pay

Starting salary is $85,000. Salary increases with client load: $85,000 (≈50 clients), $125,000 (≈75 clients), $165,000 (≈100 clients), up to $205,000 (≈125 clients). Potential equity beyond that.

Schedule

Must be available between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM CST for client questions, but you can set flexible hours outside that window. Standard 40‑hour weeks year‑round.
