Remote Collections (MST preferred)

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Compensation

$15-$16 per hour plus bonus potential.

Work Location

This is a remote/work from home position (MST preferable).
