Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trust with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their sustained progress and satisfaction.
- Conduct compelling calls and virtual meetings, communicating with warmth and confidence to inspire and assist clients and team members.
- Educate clients on core financial principles such as investments, insurance, savings, and strategies for financial protection using our resources.
- Create tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals in budgeting, debt oversight, and retirement preparation.
- Identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add genuine value to clients' experiences and engagement with our offerings.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen, 18+
- Eligible after a successful background check
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to explain complex financial ideas in clear, engaging ways
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), capable of maintaining accurate activity logs and generating insightful reports
- Driven, entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for making an impact and a knack for discovering growth opportunities
