About the role

Responsibilities
- Accurately process, track, and document financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Deliver responsive, empathetic client support by answering questions, resolving transaction issues, and clearly explaining product and service options.
- Proactively conduct outreach to potential clients and nurture relationships to expand your client portfolio and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and improve operational workflows and client experiences.
- Continuously build your knowledge of financial products, tools, and best practices to better guide clients toward informed financial decisions.
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, client-focused approach.
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and transaction processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for building and managing long-term client relationships and growing your book of business.
- Proven problem-solving skills, especially in a financial or transactional context, and comfort working remotely using digital tools (CRM or accounting software experience is a plus).
