We are dedicated to placing the most qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APP) in specialties such as psychiatry, internal medicine, hospitalist, family medicine, ER/urgent care, pediatrics, and many more.
Position Details
- Earning Potential: $185,000 in first year
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and key decision-makers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnership retention
- Business Development & Opportunity Identification
- Identify new job opportunities and ongoing staffing needs within assigned accounts
- Proactively engage clients to anticipate future needs and expand business opportunities
- Support growth through account expansion and relationship development
- Job Order Management
- Intake, manage, and prioritize job orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Clearly communicate job details, requirements, and expectations to recruiting partners
- Set realistic timelines and expectations with clients and internal teams
- Recruiting Collaboration
- Partner closely with Physician Recruiters to align on priorities and candidate pipelines
- Provide feedback on candidate submissions and client preferences
- Ensure strong communication between client and recruiting teams to drive successful placements
- Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contract details within established company guidelines
- Ensure agreements meet both client expectations and business objectives
- Partner with leadership on complex negotiations as needed
- Performance & Client Satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and job order information in CRM systems
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal processes
- Gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client experience
