About the role

MCI is seeking motivated Remote Call Center Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves making outbound calls, presenting and selling company products and services, maintaining product knowledge, and providing feedback on customer trends and market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
  • Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Schedule

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
