About the Opportunity

The Remote Business Analyst plays a key role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions. This position involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery to advance the organization's mission related to health and wellness. The role is fully remote within the UK and involves collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals
• Analyze data to provide insights supporting business decisions and health initiatives
• Model and document current and future business processes to identify improvements
• Support project lifecycle including testing and validating solutions against requirements
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments preferred
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors is advantageous
• Relevant degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred

Pay Range and Compensation Package

A competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $55.00 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications
