Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for both Spanish and English-speaking patients
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
• Support patient care across the employer's network of imaging centers
• Act as the first point of contact for patients scheduling important imaging appointments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth scheduling process

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work onsite when needed and work remotely

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus
