What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for both Spanish and English-speaking patients
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance patient experience
• Support patient care across a network of imaging centers
• Assist with any necessary onboarding and training processes
• Ensure accurate data entry and management of patient information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
• Call Center or Medical Experience is a plus
