Remote Access and Training Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation
  • Monitor access gaps and proactively resolve issues before they impact productivity
  • Partner with leadership to ensure all team members have appropriate system and site access
  • Conduct training for site-specific workflows
  • Conduct training on ROIS, VRM, data entry processes, and new systems and process updates
  • Lead onboarding training for new hires
  • Provide real-time coaching and support until associates are production-ready
  • Maintain and track access to systems/sites, required trainings, and the training/access matrix for the associate and client
  • Provide leadership with a “ready-to-assign” workforce view
  • Partner with managers to determine associate readiness and capacity
  • Identify opportunities to expand employee skillsets through cross-training
  • Balance workforce capabilities across sites to reduce dependency risks
  • Recommend associate access coverage across client accounts to build capacity and prevent service gaps
  • Align training priorities with workload demand and pending inventory
  • Perform other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows
  • Working knowledge of ROIS, VRM, and related data entry processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
