Overview
SPAR Marketing Force is growing its retail remodel team! We are seeking experienced Crew Leads who are ready to take on a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead retail remodels, resets, and store setups from start to finish
- Cook up projects and keep them running smoothly and on schedule
- Track project updates and progress using online tools like Smartsheet
- Represent SPAR Marketing Force and our commitment to quality and excellence in the field
Requirements
- Experience leading crews and coordinating projects (blueprint reading is a plus)
- Clear, confident communication skills—will work directly with clients and our internal team
- Willingness to travel with flexibility across locations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and confidence using them
Qualifications
- Planogram and fixture installation expertise
- 3+ years of retail, merchandising, or related experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
