Overview

SPAR Marketing Force is growing its retail remodel team! We are seeking experienced Crew Leads who are ready to take on a leadership role. As part of the SPAR team, you will travel to retail locations to lead remodels, resets, and new store launches inside major retail chains.

You Bring

• Planogram and fixture installation expertise
• Experience leading crews and coordinating projects
• (Blueprint reading is a plus)

What You’ll Do

• Lead retail remodels, resets, and store setups from start to finish
• Cookordinate crews and keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
• Track project updates and progress using online tools like Smartsheet
• Represent SPAR Marketing Force and our commitment to quality and excellence in the field
