Remittance Support Analyst

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Schedule

Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) after initial 3-month onsite period

• 8:00am–5:00pm with 60-minute lunch
• 8:30am–5:00pm with 30-minute lunch

About the role

This position resides on the EDI Remit Tech team, which provides second-level support for EDI’s clients and call center personnel, resolving various issues dealing with remittance processing.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes.
• Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers.
• Work with payers to obtain missing remits.
• Set up and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code.
• Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases.
• Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients.
• Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests.
• Analyze and interpret ANSI 835 data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of EDI a plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail—working with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to set priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay

$19/hr. – $22/hr.
