Relocation Transition Advisor / Coach - Phoenix/Mesa, AZ

About the role

This is a remote, US-based position available to candidates who reside in the Phoenix or Mesa, AZ region only. No guaranteed hours, but the coach may be able to work an average of 15-25 hours/week during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

- Coach recent graduates through the personal and professional transitions that come with relocation and starting a new job. - Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions aligned with IMPACT Group’s proven service delivery standards, maintaining and active caseload of participants and managing coaching engagements from start to finish. - Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical strategies to help participants adjust to new environments, build routines, and thrive personally and professionally. - Ensure all coaching sessions meet IMPACT Group’s quality and program standards to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience working with people during major life transitions; coaching, training experience and/or certification preferred. - Strong empathy, communication, and organizational skills. - Experience or interest in working with early-career professionals or college graduates. - Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and maintaining digital client records. - Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload and meet program deadlines.

- Demonstrated passion for helping people through major life transitions. - Enjoy serving as an advocate for people and are comfortable being a resource, doing research, and making calls to ensure a successful relocation process.

Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and backgrounds. - Proficiency in virtual coaching platforms and digital record-keeping.
