Religion Teacher

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is seeking a Religion Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year.

About the role

The Religion Teacher will be responsible for providing religious education to students in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church. They will also assist in other areas of the school as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach religion classes following the curriculum provided by the Diocese of Grand Rapids.
• Support students' spiritual growth and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Catholic doctrine and pedagogical methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student body and staff.
