About the role

VCA Bond Animal Hospital is seeking an Relief Casual Veterinarian to complement our talented team in White Plains, New York. The hourly rate ranges from $150-$175.

Responsibilities

• Complementing the hospital's skilled and licensed veterinary technician team
• Utilizing advanced equipment such as doppler, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy/colonoscopy, multiple dental units, and a dedicated surgery suite
• Participating in a 6-month mentorship program to support newly graduated veterinarians and veterinary students
• Engaging in a collaborative hospital team environment
• Providing exceptional veterinary care to patients
• Offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal needs

Requirements

• Must be a licensed veterinarian
• Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with animal care and welfare
