Relief Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide day off relief for all operators
• Perform all packaging jobs, ESL and aseptic, including processing and batching
• Forklift certified
• Accurately and completely record all information on company documents related to the relief assignment
• Maintain optimum productivity on a daily basis
• Work any day of the week and any of the three shifts
• Follow directions and carry out instructions
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Legibly write entries for record keeping
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience of 1+ years is a must
• PREFERRED: Batching and processing experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking English

Skills

• Able to follow directions
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform basic arithmetic operations
