Relief Operator

About the role

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a Relief Operator to produce high-quality products for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$24.50. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. We are looking for someone available around the hours of 12:00am-8:00am.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, monitor baking, and handle loading/unloading
• Prepare mixes, pans, and baking sheets as needed
• Process frozen products by thawing, proofing, and baking
• Perform base icing, slicing, traying, wrapping, and packaging of products
• Operate and maintain machines, ensuring accurate weighing and packaging
• Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, maintain a clean, and sanitary work area

Qualifications

• Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Operating large scale machines, Continuous flow systems, Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
