About the role
Join our Relief Team as a Relief Counselor and play a crucial role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. This position offers flexibility to manage your personal, work, and/or school schedule while providing direct support care to help individuals live independently and beyond their perceived limitations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
- Help individuals access community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
- Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
The organization offers an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and populations served in certain programs. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record (required).
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Pay
$17.50 per hour.
