Reliability & Maintainability Engineer - Level 3 or 4

About the role

The selected Reliability and Maintainability Engineer – Level 3 or 4 will support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the Specialty Engineering RAM team. This role supports the design and development of the GWS capability on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability and maintainability products that directly support the design and development of the GWS capability.
• Conduct Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis.
• Work with software architecture and design.
• Develop and verify RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements.
• Utilize systems engineering tools such as DOORS.

Requirements

• Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline.
• Experience with risk analysis and risk management.

Qualifications

• Reliability & Maintainability Engineer – Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline preferred from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 3 years of related experience, or 1 year of related experience with a PhD.
• Reliability & Maintainability Engineer – Level 4: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline preferred from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 6 years of related experience, or 4 years of related experience with a PhD.

Pay

• Primary Level Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $148,300.00
• Secondary Level Salary Range: $123,400.00 - $185,000.00

Schedule

• Travel up to 10% of the time to support business needs.
