Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical troubleshooting and reliability initiatives for the Adsorbents and Additives Business Unit.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to plant machinery and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of reliability improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent equipment failures and develop corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing reliability programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• Professional certifications in reliability engineering or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering.
• Experience with asset management software and tools.
