Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical troubleshooting and reliability initiatives for the Adsorbents and Additives Business Unit.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to plant machinery and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of reliability improvements.
- Conduct root cause analyses to prevent equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing reliability programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
- Professional certifications in reliability engineering or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering.
- Experience with asset management software and tools.
- Technical problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
