Job Description Take responsibility as one of two Reliability Engineers managing Air Separation, CO2, and Hydrogen facilities in the North RegionWork closely with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset concerns and reliability threatsAnalyze data from multiple sources to recommend and justify lifecycle cost and reliability improvement activitiesYou will lead Root Cause Analysis processes for major failures to prevent recurrenceAnd you will assist in engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to optimize reliability and operabilityReview and update Standard Maintenance Procedures and Standard Operating ProceduresYou will develop and support Reliability Assessments for facilities and equipmentUtilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma to enhance reliabilityLead reliability programs and initiatives to improve asset performanceYou will assist with critical spare parts identification and Bill of Materials creation for key assetsBalance office and field work with a strong sense of urgency and integrityThrive in a team that values diversity and inclusion, bringing your unique perspective to collaborative problem-solving Qualifications You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and minimum five years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environmentFurther you have proven expertise in maintenance and engineering of mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawingsKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologiesYou have experience in engineering, specification, and design of mechanical systems and projectsStrong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and lead or participate effectively in cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, achieving results with minimal supervisionProficiency in standard computer software including Microsoft Office and emailPreferred knowledge of regulatory and industrial standards and codes is required in this roleFamiliarity with machinery installation, commissioning, and process optimizationCertification or status as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional or Certified Reliability Engineer is advantageousYou have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and understanding of reliability strategies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, FailureMode and Effects Analysis, Spare Parts Management, Planning and Scheduling, and CMMS optimizationCommitment to uphold safety, integrity, and respect in a diverse and inclusive workplace environmentTravel domestically approximately 20-25% of the time and be accessible during off-hours as needed Why Is This a Great Opportunity Quick feedback and interviews for the right candidates
