Release Manager + Scrum/IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform problem analysis and identify solutions
• Elicit functional requirements in Payment’s domain
• Cross-functional coordination with Technical teams to address technical and business issues
• Liaise with Business teams’ change management and downstream systems (Mainframe and Informatica) to ensure business process and data flows are intact
• Coordinate follow-up meetings and govern changes for implementation

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience as a SME or Application Manager in Banking, specifically in payments area
• Expertise in Banking Payments including instant payments, Fedwire, ACH, international payments, MX messages, Swift message formats, and fixed XML messages
• Knowledge of APIs, testing, Swagger, and MuleSoft
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems such as JCL and Mainframe interface perspective
• Knowledge of Data and Informatica-based interfaces for ETL and message formats
