IT Project / Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing project status and adjust course as necessary
• Partner with Business Functional Leads to prioritize project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers as a technical lead on cross-functional tasks
• Manage daily project activities across multiple global sites
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure compliance with contract parameters
• Utilize various project management methodologies as needed
• Cook up resource assignments and project deliverables with IT and Business managers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in finance-related systems
• Experience with SaaS solutions and Financial Planning systems like Oracle R12.X, Hyperion, and Anaplan
• Proven track record in managing complex, highly matrixed global projects
• Professional Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner, or PMP certification preferred
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with competing demands management
• Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective
• Flexibility to work in US and India hours as needed
