- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 38+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation tools.
- Experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, or similar.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple releases in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
