Release/Deployment or Environment Management Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator to join our Release and Environment Management (REM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SDLC practices, environment and release coordination, and workflow automation, with a proven ability to orchestrate test and deployment activities across multiple ledgers and regulatory reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track overall progress against plans for testing, releases, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
• Coordinate deployment checklists, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and checkpoint calls and notes.
• Facilitate ad-hoc requests across domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting timelines.
• Support AM or PM shifts and provide weekend coverage as required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, and production support.
• Proficiency with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in automation to streamline tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in release and environment management for finance or regulatory reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with change management, cutover planning, and runbook execution.
