Relationship Officer - Relationship Manager (Retail Sales- Asset)

About the role

You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and generating positive sales leads. The role involves ensuring delivery of budgeted sales of assets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while maintaining operational accuracy and minimizing business risk factors.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and enhance the portfolio through sales of the bank’s financial products.
• Visit current and prospective client premises and developers regularly to increase customer numbers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with developers to provide preferred lender services for affordable units and buyers.
• Submit daily sales call reports to the supervisor.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and effectively handle customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure submitted customer applications and documentation are complete and error-free.
• Coordinate with various bank departments to ensure task completion and minimize loan discrepancies or errors in proposals.
• Work closely with RFC and different channels.
• Schedule sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor of Commerce degree.
