Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage, and retain meaningful customer relationships, using financial knowledge to offer appropriate financial solutions including all business and consumer products
  • Identify new member prospects and assist in developing portfolio analysis, proposals, social media, and direct mail campaigns to enhance the bank’s brand and awareness in the Nevada market
  • Serve as the point of contact for strategic partners and high-net-worth individual and business clients
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate key extended team members in analyzing and executing the effective delivery of products and services to clients and prospects
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and expand business banking relationships by identifying new needs and maximizing opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by collaborating closely with servicing partners within the bank
  • Leverage, coordinate, and organize targeted marketing campaigns, events, and new product launches to drive sales activities and fulfill customer needs across all Farm Bureau partners
  • Identify service-level gaps and trends, working with the department to establish corrective action plans to improve processes
  • Analyze clients’ financial and operating strategies and recommend alternative or additional financial services to meet their immediate and long-term needs
  • Source and provide credit solutions for prospects and clients
  • Implement continuous improvements to processes, systems, and services
  • Adhere to internal control policies, including account opening and credit protocols for accurate collection, completion, monitoring, and updating of required documentation
  • Stay abreast of all regulatory, legal, and government regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform outbound customer courtesy calls to notify, educate, and troubleshoot inquiries (e.g., cross-selling products/services, new account access, first payment defaults, CD renewals, and final large payments)
  • Assist the Relationship Banking Department with daily tasks as needed
  • Monitor Farm Bureau Bank’s key performance indicators and assist in meeting credit and loan growth sales goals
  • Ensure procedures align with bank processes and federal regulations
  • Maintain working knowledge of the complete line of products and services, staying current with updates and requesting further development as needed
  • Own personal development to achieve job proficiency and meet performance goals within the Consumer Banking Team

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a banking-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a banking environment
  • 3+ years of strategic sales relationship management experience
  • Experience in a leadership role with a concentration in customer service and sales
