About the role

The Relationship Manager role is pivotal within the branch team, focusing on fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate setting targeted appointments to enhance client engagement
  • Provide excellent customer experience and personal service to clients
  • Ensure the daily work aligns with client needs
  • Support Financial Consultants in their tasks
  • Find creative solutions and make decisions with team support

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on client experience
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service
  • Experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
  • Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support

Qualifications

  • Education or professional certification (CFP or equivalent) is helpful
  • Fidelity's Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining necessary certifications

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
