About the role

The Relationship Manager at Fidelity is pivotal within the branch team, responsible for fostering client relationships and finding opportunities to deepen these relationships in meaningful ways. Key responsibilities include keeping Financial Consultants organized, ensuring daily work aligns with client needs, and facilitating targeted appointments to enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
  • Provide excellent customer experience and deliver personalized service
  • Find success in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
  • Think creatively and make decisions with team support
  • Foster long-term mentorship and build meaningful client relationships
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team across the organization
  • Develop and implement the client contact strategy

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with an emphasis on customer experience
  • Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
  • Vested interest in advocating for clients
  • Professional communication style suitable for high-net-worth clientele
  • Coachable, collaborative, and curious personality traits

Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 license or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire
