About the role

A successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv takes pride in leading and maintaining significant business relationships with a small portfolio of large clients. You'll leverage Fiserv solutions to maximize client growth and profitability, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and increased profitability. Being a trusted advisor, you will help our clients navigate their strategic objectives with Fiserv’s innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Understand clients' business challenges, strategic goals, and critical success factors to position Fiserv solutions that meet their needs.
  • Leverage Fiserv’s internal resources, engaging business unit and corporate executives, to strengthen client relationships and drive success.
  • Develop comprehensive client Account Plans annually that incorporate input from multiple Fiserv business units and set concrete action plans.
  • Promote client engagement in Fiserv events such as conferences, user group meetings, and focus group meetings.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies, including timely Service Agreement Renewals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and foster continuous improvement while communicating insights internally and externally.
  • Drive revenue growth by aligning Fiserv’s capabilities with clients’ needs, creating formal proposals for additional products and services.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, financial institutions or banking industry, with bank management and operations experience.
  • Experience managing and growing relationships with large, complex financial organizations.
  • Experience in strategic account planning experience with demonstrated success.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.
  • Additional specialized training in banking.
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems.
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems.

Pay

$71,400.00 - $111,600.00 per year. These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

Schedule

This role requires frequent travel 50%.
