Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitability of consumer and small commercial portfolios by managing deposits, loans, fees, and expenses.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
- Develop and deepen customer relationships through needs-based selling of products and services.
- Focus on business development activities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Manage the banking center operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance (approximately 30% of role).
- Identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve results.

- Proven experience in relationship management within consumer and small commercial banking.
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and portfolio management skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industry).
- Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
