Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives at client organizations
• Identify client business challenges and align the company solutions accordingly
• Leverage internal resources to enhance client interactions and drive outcomes
• Create annual Client Account Plans based on multi-departmental input
• Encourage client participation in company events and meetings
• Implement client retention strategies including Service Agreement Renewals
• Track client satisfaction, providing insights for improvement
• Facilitate revenue growth by aligning client needs with additional company offerings

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking industry management and operations
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large, complex financial organizations
• Experience in strategic account planning with a track record of success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work history
• Specialized banking training is a plus
