Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships to sustain and grow revenue
- Engage in continuous outreach to uncover client requirements and needs
- Create tailored solutions to meet customer goals and articulate value propositions
- Collaborate with operational teams on client strategy for revenue growth
- Nurture and expand services within the assigned client portfolio
- Maintain disciplined tracking in Salesforce to assess client metrics
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support client engagement and objectives
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in strategic relationship management or similar role
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Managed an existing client portfolio primarily composed of Fortune 500 or multinational organizations
- Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into business opportunities
- Skillful in navigating large organizations to meet client and corporate goals
- Understanding of leasing, rates, financing options, and billing related to fleet management
