The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering client relationships and facilitating communication between clients and the investment team. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a diverse client portfolio while maintaining a high level of organization. The successful candidate will engage with large institutional investors and present investment strategies and updates. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-50 large institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Avoid assist in the transition of new clients into the firm thoughtfully and effectively
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to align client goals with investment strategies
• Present investment reports and updates to clients from day one
• Engage in both managing existing business and pursuing new business opportunities
• Travel periodically for client meetings and presentations, primarily within the continental US and select international locations
• Work alongside a client service team while also being hands-on with client materials and presentations
• Maintain organization across multiple client engagements and follow-ups

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or asset management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and investment principles
• Experience working with large institutional investors or ultra-high-net-worth individuals is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledge of captive insurance is preferred
