Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and advisors to strengthen retention and demonstrate strategic value.
- Identify retention risks and proactively build trust and credibility with financial professionals.
- Escalate high-risk issues and trends through appropriate channels.
- Leverage internal resources, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to resolve service and operational needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Monitor and document “at-risk” advisors and engagement activities within Salesforce Advisor Experience.
- Enhance the overall advisor experience by delivering tailored support, insights, and resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to support implementation of firm initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay informed on current and upcoming initiatives; identify opportunities for enhancement and provide actionable feedback.
- Customize engagement strategies based on advisor needs, maximizing positive outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, Relationship Leaders, the Teams division, and advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal partners to drive an integrated advisor experience.
- Support growth initiatives by connecting advisors with resources, insights, and strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Relationship Leaders to support post-transition integration and ongoing strategic alignment.
- Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations that drive advisor growth.
- Collaborate with Osaic partners (e.g., Premier Trust, Highland Capital, Ladenburg Trust) to expand service offerings and increase market share.
- Promote awareness and utilization of Osaic’s full suite of solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative with a proactive approach to driving tasks through to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage work across multiple systems and platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $64,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus.
Pay
- Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.
Schedule
- Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.
