We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Must Haves), Qualifications (maybe Nice To Haves?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? The posting includes Benefits And Perks, and pay range. No schedule mentioned. So we include Benefits, Pay. Also maybe "Qualifications" could combine Must Haves and Nice To Haves? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. So we need About the role (the paragraph after "About The Role;" maybe includes description). Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points after "What You’ll Do"). Requirements: Must Haves (list). Qualifications: Nice To Haves (list). Benefits: Benefits And Perks (list). Pay: The Morristown, NJ base pay range... (maybe a paragraph). Schedule: none, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, privacy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. Also remove the long list of country codes etc. That appears to be some garbage at end; we must drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the description about Hippo, about the role, responsibilities, must haves, nice to haves, benefits, pay. We must format with

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. Structure:

    About the Role

... (the paragraph(s) from About Hippo and About The Role? Actually "About Hippo" is separate but could be part of About the Role? The instruction says use heading for section headings like About the role. So we can put the Hippo description under About the Role? Might be better to have About the Role heading containing the description of the role and maybe also Hippo description? The posting has "About Hippo" then "About The Role". Since we cannot repeat job title as heading, we can have About the Role heading and include both Hippo description and role description. That seems okay. We need to preserve all substantive information, so include Hippo description and role description. Thus under About the Role we can have two paragraphs: first Hippo description, then role description. Next

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each duty. We need to split the "What You’ll Do" sentences into list items. The text is a long string with no clear delimiters but seems each duty separated by a capital letter after a period? Actually the text: "Learn and understand the current insurance and reinsurance processes and procedures used to record and maintain data necessary for reinsurance-related operational activity, financial accounting, reporting, and analysisReview ceded reinsurance contractual terms for new and renewal reinsurance programs, tracking new business communicated by Business Development/Program Management and coordinating with the Reinsurance Procurement teamPartner with the Data and IT teams to define data requirements (e.g., coverage codes and other adjustments) needed to ensure accurate contract setupLead new and renewal program and reinsurance contract set-up (Quota Share and Excess of Loss); including partnering with the Data and IT teams to define data requirements, testing, and validating key system deliverablesOversee reconciliations between the ceded reinsurance subledger and source systems; investigating and resolving any material variancesManage the reinsurance cash application process, approving settlement details, and overseeing monthly reporting to the Treasury Department Ensure billing statements are issued to the market per contractual terms, and resolve broker queries and due-to/due-from settlements on a timely basisOversee all aspects of the ReAcct ceded reinsurance subledger by monitoring capacity, performance, and ongoing enhancement of the system, partnering with IT and external vendors to support the financial close, SOX compliance, and reporting needs of the Reinsurance Operations department" We need to split into sensible items. Let's manually split by each major duty: 1. Learn and understand the current insurance and reinsurance processes and procedures used to record and maintain data necessary for reinsurance-related operational activity, financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. 2. Review ceded reinsurance contractual terms for new and renewal reinsurance programs, tracking new business communicated by Business Development/Program Management and coordinating with the Reinsurance Procurement team. 3. Partner with the Data and IT teams to define data requirements (e.g., coverage codes and other adjustments) needed to ensure accurate contract setup. 4. Lead new and renewal program and reinsurance contract set-up (Quota Share and Excess of Loss); including partnering with the Data and IT teams to define data requirements, testing, and validating key system deliverables. 5. Oversee reconciliations between the ceded reinsurance subledger and source systems; investigating and resolving any material variances. 6. Manage the reinsurance cash application process, approving settlement details, and overseeing monthly reporting to the Treasury Department. 7. Ensure billing statements are issued to the market per contractual terms, and resolve broker queries and due-to/due-from settlements on a timely basis. 8. Oversee all aspects of the ReAcct ceded reinsurance subledger by monitoring capacity, performance, and ongoing enhancement of the system, partnering with IT and external vendors to support the financial close, SOX compliance, and reporting needs of the Reinsurance Operations department. That seems good. Next
