Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reinsurance operations across treaty and facultative lines
- Proportional Non-Proportional Act as a functional SME for ceded reinsurance processes including contract setup, cessions, billing, technical accounting, and claims
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, regulatory changes, and operational efficiencies
- Create and review test scenarios and test cases aligned with reinsurance business workflows
- Support UAT by clarifying functional scenarios and resolving defects
- Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, and solution discussions to validate requirements
- Ensure smooth knowledge transition between onsite and offshore teams
