Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis, Analyst)
Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis, Analyst) to support a federal government client in the Arlington, VA area. The role provides support and performs a variety of tasks and analyses for two types of reimbursement requests: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Perform reimbursement analysis, management, and procedures development.
- Allocate reimbursement funds to the proper appropriation and program office.
- Respond to all inquiries and follow ups on pending transactions.
- Reconcile the allotted amounts in budget system with the allocated amounts.
- Contact agencies who have not paid reimbursement invoices.
- Ensure all proper documents are included for reimbursements if client is the buyer from other bureaus of the department.
- Monitor the reimbursement ceiling and alert the client as needed.
- Process working capital fund invoices per guidance provided by the client.
- Handle classified reimbursement transactions accordingly.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with reimbursements and interagency agreements.
- Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in federal financial management and skilled in using systems that support federal financial management services.
- Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with personnel and other government agencies at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with databases and financial processes.
- Possess critical thinking skills to conceptualize solutions within specified parameters.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with G-Invoicing.
- Experience utilizing MS Power Apps or similar software.
Education
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant Business Field.
Clearance
Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance; employment is contingent on passing the government clearance process.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $87,500 per year.
