Responsibilities
- Reviewing payor contracts and modeling reimbursements for customer projects
- Managing multiple projects and improving related processes
- Collaborating on project delivery, training, and customer support
- Training customers on product use and best practices
- Maintaining product quality and satisfaction during updates
- Pricing reviews and implementations by modeling payor reimbursement information and providing relevant insights for decision making
- Partnering with leadership to resolve reimbursement challenges
- Reviewing and enhancing reimbursement models for product development
- Troubleshooting customer issues and supporting resource development
Requirements
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred
- 0-2 years in healthcare reimbursement in acute hospital care
- Basic knowledge of analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Effective collaboration and organizational skills
- Highly accountable and results-oriented
- Able to educate, train, and mentor stakeholders
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
