Reimbursement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Reviewing payor contracts and modeling reimbursements for customer projects
• Managing multiple projects and improving related processes
• Collaborating on project delivery, training, and customer support
• Training customers on product use and best practices
• Maintaining product quality and satisfaction during updates
• Pricing reviews and implementations by modeling payor reimbursement information and providing relevant insights for decision making
• Partnering with leadership to resolve reimbursement challenges
• Reviewing and enhancing reimbursement models for product development
• Troubleshooting customer issues and supporting resource development

Requirements

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred
• 0-2 years in healthcare reimbursement in acute hospital care
• Basic knowledge of analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
• Effective collaboration and organizational skills
• Highly accountable and results-oriented
• Able to educate, train, and mentor stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
